The Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s National Honor Society. Founded in 1915, the OA has recognized Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives for over a century. Today, the service, activities, adventures, and training provided by the OA are models of quality leadership development and programming that enrich, support, and help extend Scouting to America’s youth.

2026 STRIVE LEADERSHIP SEMINARS

(Success Through Resilience, Innovation, Vision, and Excellence)

The mission of the STRIVE Leadership Conference is to deliver a high-impact leadership training experience to every Arrowman in Section E15 by cultivating essential skills through engaging content, guided reflection, and experiential learning, all inspired by the core principles of the National Leadership Seminar.

This year, Section E15 is conducting 4 Seminars via Zoom for its annual training event. As Section E15, our goal is to equip every Arrowmen with the skills, perspective, and inspiration to be a resilient, innovative, visionary, and excellent leader.

Each seminar consists of two 20-30 minute presentations, followed by an extra 30 minutes of time for questions/discussions. Provided below is the
breakdown of each seminar.

April 2nd, 6:00pm – 7:30pm – Seminar 1 – Resilience
